JumpStart is a 30-minute gospel presentation where parents and kids, (grades K-5), learn what it means to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. The presentation is centered on John 3:16.  JumpStart takes place twice a year, once in the fall and once at the beginning of the new year.

Parents receive a homework packet at JumpStart with follow-up questions to review with their child. At the end, there is a sample prayer for parents to use in leading their child to Christ.  If the child prays to receive Christ, we ask parents to communicate with us and let us know. We want to celebrate with your family! We will then set up a meeting for the child with the pastoral staff.

Before a child is baptized, he or she is required to attend JumpStart with a family member.  If your child is interested in baptism JumpStart is the first step in the baptism process.  The next JumpStart will be January 29th at 2pm in the Lake House at the Hampton Cove Campus and in the Elementary Room at the Chase Campus.
