Weekend Update 2.3.12

Hey Everybody,

If you consider Cove Church home, I want to ask you to make a special effort to be in worship with us this Sunday. If you are currently ambivalent about your connection with Cove Church-perhaps you are new or have become inactive-it may be even more important for you to come.

As a pastor I have some things on my heart I would like to share with you. I intend to reinforce what must never change about our church. I also intend to be brutally honest about what must change. I hope you'll join us as we talk about the DNA of Cove Church.

By the way, a key part of our DNA is life-giving worship. Worship Ministry is an exciting way to serve God at Cove. You may notice our volunteers around the campus this month donning their Spirit & Truth t-shirts. Check out the announcement below to find out how you can get plugged in!

Blessings,
John Tanner

~Spirit + Truth Worship Ministry Volunteer Campaign
If you think Worship Ministry is only for musicians, think again! Our mission is to create an environment that will help facilitate worship and we use everything at our disposal to accomplish this mission. If you have technical, creative or musical skills, or you are willing to learn something new, you can be a part of Worship Ministry. To find out more, stop anyone in a Spirit + Truth    t-shirt or pick up a brochure that details our different volunteer positions at the Guest Information Desk in the Lobby.
